CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

On the day of arrival the room will be available from 2.30 pm. On the day of departure until 10:00 am.
Late arrival DOES NOT preclude the extension of the check out time on the day of your departure.
Hotel services will be free until 1 pm on the day of departure.

Late check out until 12.30 pm €10.00 per person.
Late check out until 7 pm € 30.00 per person.

Access to the swimming pool on the day of departure until 1pm is free, after 1 pm €15.00 per person

MEALS

For full board stays, it is possible to have lunch on the day of arrival, or lunch on the day of departure, communicating this at the time of booking.
The room will however be delivered starting from 2.30 pm.
No reduction or recovery will be made for lunches or dinners scheduled but not taken. As a replacement, a limited menu travel basket is provided. Drinks are not included in board prices, with the exception of specific offers.
It is forbidden to bring your own drinks to the table.

CAR PARKING 

The Hotel Villa Pace has a car park that accommodates approximately 35-40 cars. Be careful not to go through the ZTL gate.
Guests can use the parking for free by accepting the following conditions:

• The parking is not guarded.
• The Hotel declines all responsibility for any damage caused to cars.
• During particularly busy periods, it is not possible to guarantee a seat for all customers.
• It is not possible to reserve a parking space.

When the car park is full, we suggest that our guests leave the car keys, so that they can move them as soon as a space becomes available. Alternatively we can suggest the free parking closest to the Hotel.

BICYCLES

The Hotel provides free bicycles for short trips around the city and excursions in the surrounding area, which can be requested at the Reception.
At the time of the request you will be given the key which must be returned upon return.

If you do not return the key, €10.00 per day will be charged.
The bicycles are covered by insurance for theft or damage to the vehicle, however the driver is not insured.
The Hotel will not be liable for damages to persons and/or third parties in the event of an accident.

SAFE

All rooms are equipped with a free safe where you can store any valuables and money.
The management has no responsibility if these are left unattended.
It is recommended to leave it open when checking out. If the key is lost, the cost of the copy will be charged.

CHILDREN

Children sharing a room with two adults:

From 0 to 2 years: Free. Any cot or cot has a daily supplement of €10.00
From 3 to 5 years: third/fourth bed – 30%
From 6 to 11 years: third/fourth bed – 15%From 12 years and over: third bed – 10%

SMALL ANIMAL FRIENDS

Your little friends (max. 10 kg) are welcome after direct arrangement. For a thorough and disinfectant cleaning of the rooms at the end of the stay, the required fee is €12.00 per day (excluding meals).
We would like to point out that your four-legged friends must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in the breakfast room, restaurant, thermal pools or fitness room. We ask that you be used to traveling alone and staying in the room without disturbing other guests or causing structural damage.

GYM

Access to the gym is free, from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm and from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm.

Appropriate clothing and clean shoes are required.
